Adaltis Inc. is an international in-vitro diagnostic company having its headquarters in Montreal, Canada. Adaltis develops, manufactures and markets in-vitro diagnostic systems and reagent products to detect viral infections, diagnose immune system diseases, and measure human hormone responses.

/ Launch of Eclectica: our New Benchtop Dual Platform Analyzer

The commercial launch of Eclectica as the first compact combination immunoassay and clinical chemistry platform is the fruit of years of hard work and dedication. Born from our important expertise in these fields, Eclectica boasts an initial menu of gold standard fertility, thyroid tests, tumour markers and diabetes. Adaltis is committed to improving and adding to Eclectica's menu year after year; the launch menu will be quickly supplemented with with full diabetes and pre-natal testing panels.

/ Building for China

Since 2002, Adaltis has been investing significantly, jointly with its strategic Chinese partner, CITIC Pacific - an important Chinese conglomerate based in Hong Kong - to build the foundation of its operations in China for the manufacturing and selling of its proprietary diagnostic test kits and instruments in the People’s Republic of China . Adaltis has completed the construction of a new manufacturing plant in Shanghai, China. This plant has now commenced commercial production of rapid tests, and Adaltis is now transferring further production to this state-of-the-art facility.

/ Controlling Infectious Diseases in China

With a complete line of instruments and reagents, Adaltis is confident that it will play a central role in serving the country’s burgeoning diagnostic needs. Our complete panel of tried and tested infectious disease microplate kits as well as our rapid HIV test will provide key tools to helping China control the growth of infectious diseases, such as HIV.

Adaltis Development Inc. is a newly formed subsidiary of Adaltis Inc. created to put a renewed focus on the development activities with a mission to develop reagents for the in vitro diagnostics field.

Mission: To efficiently develop innovative and cost effective reagents for the in vitro diagnostics field.

The Company’s objectives are extremely focused and lie exclusively in the development of innovative diagnostic reagents and protection of know-how and intellectual property rights:

Develop high quality diagnostic reagents.
Build a focused team that can deliver rapidly and cost-effectively 20-25 diagnostic reagents per year.
Provide the full chain of development activities and support including, strategic planning and feasibility, development, validation, and regulatory approval.
Ensure the proper filing and registration of intellectual property.
Develop a profitable business by licensing new innovative reagents to in-vitro diagnostic companies.
