/ Pierre Larochelle

President
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Larochelle was formerly Vice president, Business development at Picchio Pharma Inc., a Montreal-based holding company investing in the biotechnology sector. Prior to joining Picchio Pharma, Mr. Larochelle was Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions for Credit Suisse First Boston in London.

/ Raymond Tong

Chairman
Shanghai CP Adaltis Diagnostics Co. Ltd.

Prior to joining Adaltis Asia Inc., Dr. Tong had joined CITIC Pacific Limited in 2000 and was in charge of the company's DCH Healthcare Products Ltd. division, as well as other CITIC Pacific Limited healthcare-related investments in China and abroad. Before joining CITIC Pacific Limited, Dr. Tong was Chief Operations Officer at Faulding Pharmaceuticals (China). His experience in the Greater China and South East Asian region includes building and operating manufacturing and general packaging plants, as well as sales and marketing functions in the pharmaceutical industry. Dr. Tong obtained his degree as a medical doctor from the University of Toronto.

/ Jacques Deforges

Vice President, Finance
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Deforges has a solid background in finance and has enjoyed considerable success at senior management positions throughout his career. Prior to joining Adaltis, he served as Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of Celmed BioSciences, a Montreal-based Canadian biopharmaceutical company. Previously, Mr. Deforges also served as Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of Boomerang Tracking Inc. He also worked as Vice-President and Corporate Treasurer of Teleglobe Inc. and Senior Manager, Corporate Banking, at National Bank of Canada. Mr. Deforges graduated from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales in Paris, France and later obtained an MBA from Concordia University in Montreal.

/ Frederick Leung

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Leung has an extensive background in the IVD Industry in China and has enjoyed considerable success at senior management positions for large players in this industry. Prior to joining Adaltis, he worked for Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics' Asia-Pacific operation, in a strategic development role. Prior thereto, Mr. Leung served for 13 years as General Manager China, Diagnostics Division, for Abbott Laboratories, where he had overall business responsibilities for China. And prior to Abbott, Mr. Leung worked for 8 years at Beckman Coulter where he had overall business responsibilities for their China and Hong Kong diagnostics operation.

/ Sandro Scagnoli

Executive Vice President,
Head of International Business

Mr. Scagnoli has cumulated over 25 years of Diagnostic Industry experience. He started in the Ares-Serono Group in 1981 and then moved on to Adaltis. He has progressively grown from Head of International Production to Vice President of Operations, to his current position where he oversees the Global Functioning of Adaltis International Business. Mr. Scagnoli is also legal representative of Adaltis Italia SpA.

/ Dennis Fu

Executive Vice President, Global Operations

Mr. Fu has accumulated 26 years of operations experience in manufacturing, building new plants, technology transfer and logistics. Prior to joining Adaltis, he was the Asia Vice President of Supply Chain of Bausch & Lomb, a U.S. based eyecare company, where he worked for 19 years. Mr. Fu holds a BSci degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hong Kong.

/ Keith Flavell

Vice President, Legal Affairs
Corporate Secretary

Prior to joining Adaltis, Mr. Flavell served as Director of Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary of Bell Canada International Inc., a public subsidiary of BCE Inc. which owned, developed and operated advanced telecommunications companies in emerging markets. He started his career practicing corporate and securities law in the Montreal offices of Heenan Blaikie, a national law firm. Mr. Flavell holds civil and common law degrees from the University of Ottawa, and a BA from Yale University.
