Eclectica™ is a hybrid analyser addressing the growing need
for consolidation of automation platforms in clinical labs. Eclectica™
derives from the Greek word Eklektikos meaning assorted to combine
the best borrowing from different methods. In fact, Eclectica™
combines into a compact single workstation the ability to perform,
immunoassay and, clinical chemistry tests.
Eclectica™
is a bench top analyser, consistings of two carousels, one for samples
and one for reagents, both equipped with a barcode reader. All steps,
from primary tube allocation to the printing of the results, are
controlled through an embedded PC. The flat touch-screen color monitor
along with the separate alphanumerical keyboard provide the user
with a friendly and fast interface with the instrument. Eclectica™
can be connected with a Laboratory Information System (LIS) to directly
download and upload data.
The dedicated panel of reagents ready to use and bar-coded includes
enzyme immunoassay, turbidimetry and clinical chemistry tests. Adaltis
reagents are specifically developed for Eclectica™, ensuring
consistently high quality of analytical system performance. The
optimization and the stability of reagents provide to the user convenient
packaging, for easy ordering and reduced storage space.

Eclectica™ is very small-sized (85 cm wide, 66 cm deep,
54 cm height) and can be easily placed on any lab bench. No
hydraulic or wall connections are required.
